Why Property Flipping
Property flipping is one of the fastest ways to create value in real estate. Lagos housing appreciate rapidly, especially in growth corridors like Surulere, Maryland, Ikeja, Gbagada on the mainland. We target distressed, abandoned, or underdeveloped properties, unlock their potential through slight renovation and documentation, then sell at market value leveraging on our in-house blitz marketing strategy. Each cycle is 6-12 months, giving our partners quicker capital turnover than traditional buy-and-hold

Absolutely. Every PropertyVest project uses verified titles and legal documentation vetted by our lawyers. Your funds are ring-fenced into properties that we have carried out necessary due diligence. We treat your capital like our own. Also we only buy distressed properties from property owners, banks and government agencies with verified documents.
Based on our proven in-house marketing strategy, we sell our properties within 90 days to 180 days. That gives us ample time to meet up with disbursement of returns on investment. Also our target areas for purchase of property are prime areas with strong demand, so delayed sales are extremely rare. Your capital stays secured in a real asset.
Yes. Diaspora investors are welcome. We accept USD/GBP/Euro equivalent of ₦1M using the prevailing exchange rate. You will get the same contract, same profit share, same updates. We will also handle remittance of your returns back to your foreign account after exit in the exchange rate used for investing. Many of our investors are based in UK, US, and Canada.
Your returns on investment (ROI) is between 20 – 45% payable either every 6 months or 12-month cycle. Example: If you invest ₦1M for 6 months, you will receive 20%. If you invest it for 12 months, you will receive 45% returns on investment. Whether you choose the 6 months or 12 months plan, you capital have to be with us for a year. You can always take out your returns on investment as will.
