STEP 2
We verify the properties and get the owners (or representatives) to sign the document that guarantees our 5% commission once the properties is sold within 60 days or less.
STEP 3
We visit the properties to take professional pictures and videos, and then create sellable contents with them.
STEP 4
We list the properties on our website, and then introduce our in-house marketing blitz that enables us to sell the properties in 60 days or less.
STEP 5
Our in-house brokers cold-call the potential buyers from our database and from the viral ads on both traditional and new age media
STEP 6
We meet with buyer and seller. Sell properties and then get our commission
Where you come in
With your investment, we are able to invest in holistic marketing, which include new age (digital marketing) and traditional (TV, Radio, BRT buses wrap-around, billboards) marketing. Imagine we spend a million advertising a 200 million naira property. When sold, we recieve the 5% commission from the seller which is 10 million Naira, and another 10 million Naira from the buyer.
