Does this cost include infrastructure and other charges?
No, payment does cover the cost of allocation, documentation and infrastructure.
Our development partner, Megaplus Investment and Properties shall charge the sum of N50, 000.00 per plot for allocation and N50, 000.00 per plot for Legal Deed while processing of survey and perfection of title shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber. Where subscribers require Blue Earth Properties to provide full documentation service, an extra cost shall apply at the point of processing as the prevailing rate shall apply.
For Infrastructure, Subscribers would join a Community Development Association (CDA) for joint arrangement on the provision of infrastructure at their instance.
Will access road to individual plot(s) purchased be provided?
Yes, our Development Partner, Megaplus Investment and Properties will provide initial access road (earth road) for individual plot(s) purchased by Subscribers.
Who will be responsible for plot allotment and survey processing?
Our Development Partner, Megaplus Investment and Properties and Blue Earth Properties will be responsible for plot allotment.
What is required of the subscriber after plot allotment?
Subscribers have maximum of 60 days to take physical possession of their allotted plot by clearing, and erecting a foundation/fence with a gate. Allottees risk eventual revocation if actual physical possession is not taken within 12 months. After, 12 months, the security of the allotted plot(s) is the sole responsibility
