OUR INVESTMENT AND FLIPPING PROCESS IN FIVE STEPS:
STEP 1
We inspect and value the level of renovation on several distressed properties.
STEP 2
We cross-check the documentations with the relevant government Agency and proposed a purchase offer for the selected properties.
STEP 3
We conclude with the sellers, make payment and commence renovation.
STEP 4
We leverage on our trusted in-house blitz marketing strategy to sell the property while mild renovation is ongoing.
STEP 5
Once the proposed property is sold, we distribute returns to all our investors.
